2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access provided to proprietary frameworks and tools, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any course, program, or session.

This applies to:

  • Online courses

  • 1:1 mentoring programs

  • Group coaching and masterminds

  • Telegram or group platforms

  • Any related digital resources, tools, or bonuses

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.

3. Access Duration & Ownership

All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Isabelle Ulenaers and SELF CONSULT Belgium, protected under copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view and use the content for the duration outlined below:

  • Standalone Courses (e.g. Divorce Unfiltered): Lifetime access unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

  • 1:1 or Mastermind Programs (e.g. Untamed): Access is strictly limited to the active duration of your program. Once the program ends or your payment period concludes, access to all course materials, Kajabi modules, and resources is revoked.

Rejoining a program or extending support will reopen access.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or use any material beyond your personal use. Legal action will be pursued in the case of unauthorized use.

4. Technology + Delivery

You understand that while we do our best to maintain access to course materials, occasional technical issues, outages, or platform updates may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You are responsible for saving your login information and accessing content during your access period.

5. Client Responsibility

6. Respect + Community Standards

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this without refund or warning.

7. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation first. If unresolved, arbitration will take place in Turnhout, Belgium.
