I AM ISABELLE..

A psychologist and neuropsychologist, and this work isn’t theoretical for me. After years of working with women in traditional therapy, one thing became obvious: understanding isn’t enough.
Real change happens when the nervous system and behaviour shift that’s what the Untamed Methodology is built on.

I chose an amicable divorce myself. I did the work. My ex is still one of my closest people. My daughter still says the way we did this is an example for others.

I’ve walked this road, through the fear, the guilt, the conversations, the nights where you wonder if you’re ruining everything. And I built a life and relationship I honestly never thought were possible for me.

Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of women through this. And I see the same shift happen, faster than they expect.

I combine deep psychological work with real-life outcomes: clean separations and women who don’t lose themselves again, finally feeling alive and deeply happy.

This is where everything calms down. Where your body finally stops acting like something is wrong.

    I only review applications that have a call scheduled, this keeps the process moving and respectful of both our time.

    I personally read every application before we speak.
    If I feel it’s not the right fit, I’ll let you know and release the time in your calendar.
    If you don’t hear from me, we meet as planned.

    STEP 4
    On the call, we look at your situation together and feel into whether this is aligned.
    If it’s a yes, we confirm your place and begin the onboarding process.
